I’m Parisa, a registered nutritionist & certified medical Tai Chi instructor. When I’m not at the clinic, you can usually find me creating new recipes in the kitchen, nutrition consulting, or practicing Tai Chi with my customers. My main passion right now is simply to help others to live a healthier and happier life. You may want to know where this passion came from.

I was celebrating my 10 years of Exceptional Performance in Retail Management at a large-scale corporation when a sudden car accident completed changed my life.  This accident truly clarified the importance of health and wellness to me. My journey of recovery was about regaining strength for both the body and mind. Through the practices of cleansed eating, physical exercises, Tai Chi, and taking the appropriate supplements, I was ultimately able to reach a full recovery. In turn, this experience left me wanting to also help others achieve their personal health goals.

Currently, I’m working with my clients to develop comprehensive and personalized health and wellness plans. My focus is mainly on the following services:
