Ann-Marie Regina, ND has a passion to improve quality of life by helping patients feel their best and live at their highest potential. She works to empower patients throughout their health care journey by providing the knowledge to advocate for their own health. The word doctor in Latin can be translated to teacher. With her experience in teaching in a variety of roles, Ann-Marie will effectively help guide patients to make healthy lifestyle choices that are customized to them. Ann-Marie aims to focus with her patients on the fundamental aspects of health which are foundational in making sustainable and lasting changes.

Ann-Marie graduated from the University of Guelph with an Honours Bachelor’s degree in Arts and Science. She graduated from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in 2019.  Ann-Marie has training in acupuncture, nutritional counselling, herbal medicine, homeopathic medicine and dietary and lifestyle counselling. With her diverse education, her approach to patient care is holistic as she works with individuals to find the root cause of their concerns.
