Tai Chi
Tai Chi is a Chinese meditative practice that uses slow graceful movements and controlled breathing techniques to promote the circulation of Qi.

Dr. Daniel Chou has been a master Tai Chi instructor for the past 15 years. He offers classes at our clinic on Tuesday mornings from 9 a.m. until 9:45 a.m. The class size is limited to 8 to ensure one-on-one guidance. The cost for each class is $10 or $65 for 8 weeks.
