Self-directed programs include auxiliary treatment services that you can use on your own, and seminars and classes that you can pick and choose from as they suit your schedule and interests.
Practitioners in the clinic are available for initial training, ongoing guidance and to answer any questions that arise.
You do not need to be a patient of our clinic to use any of the self-directed programs.
Clinic Program
