Abhyanga is a traditional form of full body Ayurvedic massage. It involves applying warm medicinal oils that are customized according to your dosha or body type (Vata, Pitta, Kapha).

In Ayurveda, massage is not only used for relaxation, it is used as a method of detoxification on the cellular level. Abhyanga can promote detoxification and lymphatic drainage.  It nourishes the skin and tissues, boosts the immune system and strengthens digestion, while creating a sense of relaxation and rejuvenation.  In our modern day lifestyle, Abhyanga is very grounding and offers the perfect antidote to stress.
